3rd Conference on Recent Advances in the Prevention and Treatment of Childhood & Adolescent Obesity: Families in Focus

This conference brings together an interdisciplinary group of professionals who work in the field of childhood and adolescent obesity. The 3rd conference will focus on the family! The framework of the meeting is designed to examine important intergenerational influences on childhood obesity, and to focus on family-based determinants and interventions at the policy level, in school based, public health and primary care prevention strategies and in the treatment of children with obesity and their families. A focus on childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes in aboriginal communities will be highlighted.
