Champion on the road for diabetes awareness

I have been following Charles for sometime now, i must say i am very impressed by this young man and his mission. Keep rocking and saving lives Charles.

Wow i love to see this type of passion for diabetes, i did not know about his mission until about a week ago when i saw him on The today show then i looked him up and saw how many great things he was doing for diabetes. So excited about this tour i wish they were coming to NJ.

Charles is such a Great advocate for diabetes. He has pioneered on so many levels to get out the seriousness of this deadly disease.
His love for people is great and admirable. so glad i get to call him friend

I must say that i am also a diabetic and i have been looking through his info after seeing this today on Twitter, what a great story. If we can continue to help people like this keep the fight going. I like that hes just trying to keep the talk going, better to keep the talk going and let people not forget those with diabetes then to not have someone talking. Theres a long way to go but i must say congrats to him and his mission.

I love the IDF and what they do world wide, i ran across this today when i was just on the site. I read this young mans story and went to his sites and wow, the film the tv show and now a RV tour, i can relate to diabetic foot issues, my dad has had diabetes for about 15 years and i wish something like this was around years ago to help and educate people of the serious issues that follow diabetes. I will try and make the one in Sandiego i wish there was more press about this as it should be seen and heard nationwide.

I have to say Charles is one of a kind. Charles, has made a difference is so many lives including mine. As I have a mother whom is diabetic. He is full of information and very personable in which all in the eye of the public are not. I want to thank him for all he is doing to make a change and educating everyone on Diabetes.

With the staggering rise of diabetes education is vital. Hats off to Charles Mattocks for his vision and Shire for sponsoring such a great mission! I think that pharmaceutical companies should spend as much money on education to prevent T1 diabetes as they do on creating and marketing drugs; I sincerely hope that they follow Shire's lead and keep The Diabetic You RV Tour on the road nationwide.

Charles is authentic. He has been so gracious to take the time to communicate to me his dedication to helping people with diabetes and people in general. Charles is so passionate and dedicated in his desire to educate people and raise awareness about Diabetes. Even though I don't have Diabetes, I support him and follow his appearances and posts because he also provides healthy alternatives for everyone. I love that Charles is brave enough to step up and share that he has Diabetes and is using his status as a celebrity to bring awareness to this killer known as Diabetes.

What an inspiration and an incredibly generous soul. Charles has taken his mission to the deepest part of him and will surely succeed. Although the RV tour has just begun, I just know that it is the tip of the iceberg and that we are yet to see much more from Charles. Diabetes education is a timely & worthy cause. With the poor habits we have developed in our country this devastating disease has becoming almost an epidemic!
