Education Programmes

If the Modules are being used by a third-party organisation in a programme from which the organisers will gain commercially, the organisers must contact IDF and negotiate a funding contract.

When the Modules are used in a programme the IDF logo is not to be used on any certificates or programme material.  However the programme can be described as “Based on the IDF Diabetes Education Modules”.

A programme is only recognised as an IDF Diabetes Education Programme if the programme has been developed by IDF and the hosting institution has worked collaboratively with IDF in selecting the faculty.

IDF uses the most up-to-date information and guidance on diabetes education in the Modules and carefully evaluates users’ feedback.  In order to support this evaluation and ensure you are alerted when new material is available please register your email address and complete the evaluation form and send to modules@idf.org.
