Networks [1]

The International Diabetes Federation has two global networks dedicated to promoting exchanges about diabetes education.

These forums are:

  • Diabetes Education Network for Health Professionals (D-NET) [2]
  • International Diabetes Federation Centres of Education (IDFCE) [3]

D-NET is the first international forum aimed at enhancing diabetes education and management around the globe. It is a place for health professionals to connect, find support, share best practices, and discover learning opportunities. D-NET is also designed to provide members access to emerging evidence and diabetes resources.

International Diabetes Federation Centres of Education are designated by the International Diabetes Federation. They provide a forum for selected institutions to connect and exchange ideas and form a global community dedicated to advancing diabetes education at national and global levels.
