Professor Richard Surwit is Vice Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, and Fellow and Past President of the Society of Behavioral Medicine at Duke University Medical Center, USA.
