Karin Lange is Head of the Department of Medical Psychology, Hannover Medical School, Germany. She is a member of the Diabetes and Psychology Working Group of the German Diabetes Association. Together with several paediatric diabetes teams in Germany, she developed and evaluated structured diabetes education programmes for children, adolescents and parents.
