Matt Rangué has worked in the NHS in the UK for nearly 20 years in various clinical and managerial roles including caring for diabetes patients. He is currently the Associate Director of Nursing & Clinical Governance of the Primary Care Trust (PCT) in Southend-on-Sea, UK.
