The IDF BRIDGES programme supports translational research to determine the actions that improve outcomes in different populations. To date, BRIDGES is supporting 38 studies into sustainable community-based interventions for adoption in the real world.  The programme is active in 34 countries worldwide, from Belfast to Bamako, Melbourne to Amman.
