Re: Call for suggestions for the WDC 2013 Scientific Programme
On behalf of the Programme Committee for the World Diabetes Congress in Melbourne, I wish to thank all of those people who provided suggestions for the programme when IDF requested this early in 2012. Many of the proposals were accepted by the committee and appear in the programme but clearly it was not possible to include all. To ensure that all key topics are covered in the program, I would like to encourage you to submit an abstract relevant to your own research for presentation. I hope that we will be able to welcome you all to the wonderful city of Melbourne, well known as one of the most liveable cities in the world.
Paul Zimmet AO
