| The ultimate decision maker in the federation is the General Assembly which convenes ones every year. The Assembly analysis the activity for the past year, discusses the plans for the next year, discusses and approves the budget and elects its representatives in the board and the nominating committee. |
| The business of IDF Europe is conducted by the Board of Management which is elected by the members of the General Assembly. |

| The nominating committee is the body ensuring the renewal of the board. It also provides the filtering and necessary screening that the by-laws of the organization are enforced. |

| The executive team operates in the Brussels office and is supported by consultants under contract with IDF Europe. The executive team manages the daily business of the federation. |
