The 2nd. edition of the Run and Walk for Diabetes aims to promote the importance of physical exercise as a habit to prevent diabetes, and in the case of those already living with the disease, to encourage physical activity as a fundamental part of their management and lifestyle. We look forward to 1500 people registering to walk 3km (for families), run a 5km race or a 10km race.
