Presenting new epidemiological and diabetes-related impact data.
The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is the global voice of the diabetes community. We are a non-profit umbrella organisation of 242 national diabetes associations in 161 countries and territories working together to improve and empower the lives of the estimated 540 million people living with diabetes and prevent diabetes in those at risk.
We are seeking a highly organised, outcome-focused and energetic full-time team member to join our Advocacy Department. This is an excellent opportunity if you want to start a career in advocacy and communications with a leading global non-profit organisation.
The position is a one-year fixed-term contract with a possible extension.
The Junior Professional Officer will be working from home and can be based anywhere.
In this role, you will support IDF Advocacy activities, including coordinating IDF networks of people living with diabetes (Young Leaders in Diabetes and Blue Circle Voices).
Interested applicants should send a CV and cover letter to Ms Audrey Baerten, Office Manager, at HR@idf.org before May 22, 2023.
