The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is the global advocate for the 415 million people with diabetes worldwide. It represents over 230 national diabetes associations in 170 countries and territories. Our mission is to promote diabetes care, prevention and a cure worldwide. The International Diabetes Federation is an NGO in official relations with the World Health Organization and the Pan-American Health Organization. We are also an associated NGO with the United Nations Department of Public Information. The International Diabetes Federation leads the World Diabetes Day campaign.

The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) is an alliance of over 230 national diabetes associations with two million members in more than 170 countries and territories. It is committed to raising the global awareness of diabetes, building the evidence of the impact of diabetes, and providing tools for people with diabetes and health professionals.
The IDF Executive Office in Brussels, Belgium, is looking for an Office Manager to manage HR issues and office facilities to create an optimal framework in line with Belgian legislation and IDF values and to ensure an appropriate office environment. The Office Manager will also help coordinate the organization of IDF Board and General Assembly meetings.
The IDF Internship Programme gives graduate students the opportunity to obtain training and exposure to IDFs work in the field of diabetes and non-communicable diseases. All intern posts are based at the Federation’s Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. The Programme is open to citizens of the European Union as well as others who have right to live and work in Belgium without a work permit.
